Bouillon Cartoning & End-of-Line Automation System
Positioned at the end of the packaging line, this system enables grouped cartoning of products efficiently. Its modular and versatile structure allows seamless adaptation to various box formats and product types.
Cartons are sealed using the HOTGLUE method, ensuring strength and speed. Cartoning machines are integrated in parallel with the bouillon tablet production line, aligned with the overall automation flow. Both single and twin tablet configurations can be easily handled. Optional modules such as lid closing and automatic transfer to a shrink-wrapping machine can be integrated into the system.
