Group Cartoning & Automation System
Positioned at the end of the packaging line, this system enables grouped cartoning of pre-packaged products. Its modular and multi-format structure allows easy adaptation to various product types. Carton sealing is performed using the HOTGLUE method. Cartoning machines are integrated in parallel with the bouillon tablet production line, ensuring high efficiency through synchronized automation. Single or twin bouillon tablets can be packaged in different carton formats with ease. Optional modules include lid closing and automatic transfer to a shrink-wrapping unit.
