Bouillon Cartoning & Automation System
Located at the end of the packaging line, this system enables grouped cartoning of pre-packaged products. Its modular and user-friendly structure allows compatibility with various product formats. Cartons are securely sealed using the HOTGLUE method. Cartoning machines are positioned in parallel with the bouillon tablet production line, ensuring efficient integration with the automation logic. Products can be packed as single tablets or twin tablets within a single box, depending on the requirement. Optional modules such as lid closing and automatic transfer to a shrink-wrapping unit can be integrated into the system.
