Washable Hygienic Elevator Systems
These systems can be manufactured in custom dimensions and geometries, using fully stainless steel structures for compatibility with wet and foamy washdown procedures. For non-food products, electrostatically painted chassis options are also available. An optional self-drying feature can be integrated for use after washing. Supports a variety of belt types including modular, polyurethane fabric belts, PVC, or food-grade flexible plastic belts. In hygiene-focused elevator models, a pneumatic lowering mechanism can be added to allow easy access to all parts of the system during cleaning. This design ensures ease of cleaning and maintains high hygiene standards.
