Feeding & Recirculation Conveyor Systems for Unpackaged Products
Designed for transporting bulk, unpackaged items such as jelly or hard candies, these conveyors enable smooth feeding into packaging machines. Step conveyors with vertically arranged, pneumatically driven product guides manage the flow of products. Recirculation conveyors (ring systems), positioned parallel and operating in the opposite direction to the main feeding conveyor, redirect any undelivered products. Removable conveyor support parts allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Quick-tensioning systems on the belts ensure simplified servicing. Fully removable stainless steel waste trays are included for hygienic waste collection.
